What is ecstatic dance and what is this session like?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, non-verbal dance practice: people move to the music without choreography or instruction, usually barefoot and without substances. This session is not a dance class or a club night: there are no steps to learn and no right way to move. During the session, conversation is left outside to give all the space to the body and to movement.
