Alice's Worlds: family visit-workshop
The «Family visit-workshop: looking for Alice» is a family activity tied to the major exhibition «The Worlds of Alice. Dreaming Wonderland» at CaixaForum València. In this workshop Lewis Carroll calls us on the phone, we drink a potion, grow big and small, walk upside down or across the ceiling, celebrate our «un-birthday» and turn into an invisible cat, discovering the story and characters of this classic of world literature. Through a range of playful dynamics and different materials, families step into a world of creativity and imagination and get acquainted with contemporary creations inspired by the tale. Conceived and designed by artistic mediator Teresa Rubio, the activity lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is recommended for children aged 5 and up, who must always be accompanied by an adult (who also needs to book a ticket). It runs from 25 April to 12 October 2026, on Saturdays at 5.30 p.m. in Spanish and Sundays at 5.30 p.m. in Valencian (with special sessions on 9 and 12 October). Tickets cost 4 € per person.
