Ademuz (capital of the Rincón de Ademuz) celebrates its Lavender Month in July. The opening weekend brings the Lavender Market — crafts, food (with live cooking by chef Rubén Fenollar), workshops and local products — and throughout the month there are guided visits to the lavender fields in bloom (1h30, with an olfactory tasting of essential oils). The fields are private: visits are booked through Ecoaromuz.
