The 44th Septenario of the Virgen de Santerón runs from 16 to 26 September 2026 in Vallanca (Rincón de Ademuz). Every 7 years the image is carried on shoulders from its hermitage in Algarra (Cuenca) to the town; a novena, processions and the Fiestas Gordas follow. Free access. Usual venue: Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles.

What is the descent?
