WOW Water Park in Valencia
Get your tickets for the WOW Water Park in Valencia and enjoy pools, slides, activities and shows.
The park is in Aldaia, a town on the western edge of the Valencia metropolitan area, right beside the A-3 motorway — not in the city itself. It is open now and, on the information we have, the season runs to 30 August. Our source lists a 15 € ticket, but water-park pricing shifts by day, by age and by whether you go in for the morning or the afternoon, so check the rate that applies to you on the official page.
Getting to Aldaia without a car
The address is Autovía del Este, km 345. Driving is straightforward. Without a car you want the metropolitan bus towards Aldaia, and the timetable to check first is the return, not the outbound: in August and at weekends services thin out, and getting back after dark is not always solved. We explain how the regional buses work in reaching the towns without a car. The venue page is Parque WOW.
A water-park day, practically
- Arrive early. Slide queues build by mid-morning, and shade — not water — is the scarce resource.
- Water-resistant sunscreen and a T-shirt for anyone who burns. The August sun here is stronger than most northern European visitors expect, and you are under it for hours.
- Flip-flops and one towel each. Anything else gets wet or lost.
- Food. Many parks do not allow food brought in from outside. If that applies, plan to eat on site; confirm on the official page.
If the plan does not fit
There are cheaper ways to spend a day in water. The natural swimming pools near València are free, about an hour inland, and fill up early in August. Aquopolis in Cullera is the alternative with a beach ten minutes away. For the rest of the summer with children, what to do in València with kids lists the plans that hold up for a full afternoon.
