Winter concerts at the Palau and La Rambleta

—

In short: The Palau's 2026-27 season lists 45 concerts in Sala Iturbi, and the December-to-February stretch is already in the official booklet, with three prices on each night. Pass sales for that season closed on 20 September 2026, so a winter visit means a single ticket. La Rambleta has published its 2026-27 season, with a fixed date only on some listings, including Festival Mundial de Magia from 26 to 31 December.

Winter at the Palau de la Música

The Palau de la Música is at Paseo de la Alameda 30, 46023 València, in the Turia gardens. The 2026-27 season is the hall's 40th. The general subscription booklet lists 45 concerts in Sala Iturbi, shared by the Orquestra de València and guest orchestras. The booklet says the programme can change. The ticket and the listing on palauvalencia.com are the dates that count.

From December to February the subscription sits in Iturbi, usually at 19:30, with some Saturdays at 19:00 and one Sunday at 18:30. Each concert carries three prices. For the home orchestra the usual line is 20, 15 and 10 euros. Guest orchestras sit higher. The zone for each figure appears on the seat map when you buy.

The orchestra and the passes

The Palau site names Alexander Liebreich as music director. The orchestra plays a large share of the general subscription and also has its own shorter pass. For a single winter night, a single ticket is the current route.

La Rambleta: theatre and music

La Rambleta is on Bulevar Sur, corner of Carrer Pío IX, 46017, in Sant Marcel·lí. Phone 960 011 511. The 2026-27 season note mixes theatre, music, comedy, film, exhibitions, talks and family shows. On Valencian work they announce more than 110 proposals, 60 performances by Valencian companies, and more than 130 concerts across the season. The day of each show is on its page at larambleta.com. The season note gives names. Only some pieces arrive with a fixed date.

Stage

The Valencian note includes El cos, by A Destajo; La libertad se toma; El acontecimiento; Dutxa; El gran sarau; the end of the Eclipsi Total tour, by Pont Flotant with Rambleta; the premiere of Nomad; and the sixth Gala de Dansa Internacional Valenciana. The site places Eclipsi Total on 27 and 28 November 2026.

Further afield it names Hiba Abouk in Cucaracha, Miki Esparbé in Las cosas extraordinarias, Blanca Portillo in 7 minutos, Carolina Yuste and Eneko Sagardoy in Fronteras, and Eduardo Guerrero. Las cosas extraordinarias is listed for 19 and 20 December 2026. December also includes Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, with no day in that note.

Music the venue programmes itself

Ram Sessions continue with jazz and Sedajazz, emerging bands, and the Plena 79 Social Club with lindy hop from Swinging Undermoon. For November 2026 the cycle page lists the 8th, Sedajazz Happy Band; the 15th, La Xica and Josep María Cendra; the 20th, Sedajazz Latin Sextet. Rambleta Flamenca, with Mediterranean Guitar, runs from 21 October to 16 December 2026. Clàssica a la Cambra continues with Nostrum Mare Camerata, and some concerts are preceded by the talk Los músicos te lo cuentan.

The same note names Joe Jackson, José González, The Lemon Twigs, Eliades Ochoa, María del Mar Bonet, Rita Payés and the Leo and Leo project, plus a New Year's concert. The date is on each listing. If a night is not posted, it is not confirmed.

Christmas in the hall

Festival Mundial de Magia, the third edition, runs from 26 to 31 December 2026, with 26 performances. Recommended age: 8 and over. Children under 2 come in as an add-on to a ticket. VIP Meet and Greet: 45 euros plus a 3 euro fee. Zone B, boxes and sides: 30 euros plus 3. Entry is the QR in the email.

When the day is wet

Both halls work under a roof. At the Palau a winter evening fits a 19:30 concert in Iturbi. At La Rambleta the same day might be theatre, a Ram Session or a family show, depending on the board. The auditorium usually opens an hour ahead. There is no cloakroom. Photos and drinks inside depend on the show. If you step out, you can come back. The contact page said the café was waiting to reopen. Check that notice if you plan to eat in the building.

Tickets

At the Palau, single seats are sold at the box office, by phone, on the website and through Servientradas. A concert at 20, 15 and 10 euros and one at 76, 57 and 38 euros are different bands. The second is the Concertgebouw visit.

At La Rambleta the contact page puts the in-person box office at Tuesday to Friday, 16:00 to 20:00, plus the two hours before each show. Online sales run around the clock. The FAQ on the same page widens phone sales to Tuesday to Sunday, 16:00 to 20:00, and moves July to mornings, 10:00 to 14:00. If those lines disagree on the day, follow the hours posted that day. A phone ticket is enough. Every person needs a ticket, including a small child and anyone without a seat. The house rule is no exchanges and no refunds. Club Rambleta members can change many tickets up to 7 days ahead, and the perks are printed on each show. The venue does not vouch for tickets bought outside its official sellers.

What is filed on this site is at the city agenda. The seat map and the day's board stay on the organiser's site.
