Lago de Playamonte
A fine-sand lagoon fed by freshwater springs —Fuente del Pescao, Fuente Loca, Fuente Negra and Fuente de los Pastores— ringed by pine woods in the Las Fuentes area, about 3 km from the village. It is the only inland beach in Valencia province to fly the Blue Flag, a distinction it still holds in 2026 after first earning it in 2023. The lagoon was created in the 1970s by channelling water from the nearby springs.
