Paraje Natural Municipal Molino del Agua
A roughly 17-hectare natural area at the northern end of La Mata beach, one of the last remnants of the dune system that once covered this coast. It acts as an ecological corridor between the Santa Pola saltworks and the lagoons, and preserves a replica of the old water mill that tapped one of the few freshwater wells near the sea.
