Viva México! Fest is a signature gastronomic showcase devoted to Mexican cuisine, landing at the Saler Shopping Centre in València (entrance on Calle Rafael Ferreres) from 10 to 28 June 2026. Created by the team behind The Champions Burger, it gathers eight of Spain's most award-winning Mexican restaurants and taquerías —including Los Chamacos, La Patrona de Tijuana, El Huey, Niño Rey, Valletako, Costera MX, La Costa and Piñata Cantina— who reinterpret traditional recipes with contemporary technique. The menu features tacos al pastor, cochinita and birria tacos, flautas, tostadas, nachos and churros, made with different corn varieties and chiles such as chipotle or guajillo. Admission is completely free and dishes typically cost between €7 and €15. Hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to midnight and Friday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to midnight, opening on Wednesday 10 June at 7:00 PM; the venue offers parking and is well connected by bus and tram (line 10).
