The Feria de Julio de València (Gran Fira de València) 2026 runs throughout July, with most events between the 1st and the 26th, mixing the Conciertos de Viveros, daytime mascletàs, fireworks, parades and the Battle of Flowers that closes the month. It began in 1871, when the city council decided Valencia should not sit empty in summer.

The day by day bill isn't finalised until late June. In the meantime, our live events agenda gets updated as acts are confirmed.
Conciertos de Viveros: confirmed line-up
The Fira's best known ticketed series already has its 2026 headliners set: Duncan Dhu (2 July), Deep Purple (7), Garbage (8), Ana Torroja (14), UB40 with Ali Campbell (15), The Jacksons (16), Gente de Zona (23) and Silvestre Dangond (25). For a municipal summer fair series, it's a solid bill. Doors open in the evening; check the exact start time for each concert on the official site.
Tickets and prices
The Viveros concerts are paid: tickets are sold at conciertosdeviverosvlc.com, averaging about 37 €, with some shows priced from roughly 25 €. The mascletàs, fireworks, parades, the Battle of Flowers and many neighbourhood concerts are free. The Sant Jaume bullfights and the funfair rides are charged separately.
The funfair (Jardines del Turia)
The Feria de Julio funfair sets up in the Jardines del Turia (the old riverbed) for the whole of July: bumper cars, a haunted house, big wheels, shooting galleries and tombolas, plus a large food area (hot dogs, burgers, candy floss). Entry to the grounds is free, and each ride is paid for separately.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday and Sundays, 18:30 to 01:00; Fridays, Saturdays and eves of public holidays, 18:30 to 02:00.
- Dates: throughout July (some years it runs into early August); check the closing date on the official site.
- Getting there: buses 31, 32, 71 and 81; metro L3, L5 and L7.
Getting there
The Jardines de Viveros sit beside the old Turia riverbed. The Alameda metro stop is the handiest, including for the Battle of Flowers. If you're visiting, read how to get around València. July is hot, so it's worth checking the weather in València before heading out.
Tips for the Battle of Flowers
This is the closing act, and the most photogenic one: floats covered in carnations parade down the Alameda while the crowd throws the flowers back in a "battle". Arrive early if you don't have a reserved seat, since many central streets close to traffic. To pair it with more plans, see what to do on a weekend, or for families, things to do with kids.
