The Conciertos de Viveros are València's open-air concert series, held every July in the Jardines de Viveros (Jardines del Real), the city's historic park, as part of the Gran Fira de València. A ticketed stage and enclosure are built inside the park for the season, and the line-up mixes international acts with Spanish pop and Valencian artists.
When it happens
Always in July, spread across several weeks and overlapping the Feria de Julio, the city's big month of festivities. The exact dates and the line-up for any given year are not known until the organisers publish them — usually in spring — on the official site; until then, any list of artists doing the rounds is guesswork. For a sense of scale, the 2026 edition ran from 2 to 25 July across 18 nights, and its announced line-up included Deep Purple, Garbage, UB40, The Jacksons, Ana Torroja and Duncan Dhu.
To see how it fits into the rest of the month, read our Feria de Julio guide and our guide to summer festivals.
What a night is like
The stage goes up inside the park, outdoors and among the trees: you walk in while it is still light, and July heat in València does not really let up until well after dark. In the 2026 edition most nights were listed for 20:00, a few for 19:00, with the headliner coming on later after the support acts; each year's set times are published along with the line-up. Arrive with time to spare, as the enclosure has ticket control at the gate.
Tickets and prices
This is a paid series and every night is sold separately. Tickets are sold only through the official site: buy there and nowhere else, to stay clear of resale and fraud. Prices depend heavily on the artist, and international headliner nights run noticeably higher than a Spanish pop show. In the 2026 edition they started at 25 €, with an average of 37 € according to the organisers — treat that as an order of magnitude, not a guaranteed price for the next edition. If there is a name you want, book as soon as it goes on sale: the big nights sell out.
How to get there
The Jardines de Viveros sit beside the old Turia riverbed, a short walk from the centre. The address is calle Cavanilles, 1, with a second entrance on San Pío V. The nearest tram stop is Pont de Fusta, about 5 minutes on foot, and several EMT bus lines stop nearby; walking from Ciutat Vella takes 15-20 minutes. Lines and gate arrangements change from season to season, so check the official site before you set off. For getting around the city on those days, see our València transport guide.
What's around
Come early and make an evening of it: the park itself and the Botanical Garden are right next door, with the Turia gardens across the way for a stroll beforehand — see also our guide to gardens and parks. There is tapas and rice nearby if you want dinner first: see where to eat the best paella. Travelling with family? Pair the night with daytime plans from our things to do with kids guide.
Tips
July fills the city with events well beyond the concerts: the fiestas agenda lists mascletàs (deafening daytime firecracker displays, a Valencian speciality), the Flower Battle and the nit del Foc fireworks. Bring water, a cap if you arrive in the afternoon and a light layer in case it cools off late. And to keep up with what is on each day, check our live events agenda: we update it daily with concerts, fiestas and plans across València.
