Modernist building from 1911, designed by architect Julio Vives Chillida. Between 2006 and 2008 it was restored to house the municipal exhibition hall, becoming an emblematic cultural space of the town and headquarters of City Council departments. On its ground floor it housed a historic modernist café.

Between 2006 and 2008 it was restored to house the municipal exhibition hall. On its ground floor it housed a historic cafe with furniture by the Valencian cabinetmaker Luis Suay. In 2021 it hosted a retrospective of Antonio Barroso and the 'EMERGENT' exhibition of young artists. It is one of the places of tourist interest in the historic center of Algemesí.
