The Poyo castle, also called Fuerte del Collado, is a ruined fort on a hill in the municipality of Alpuente. It guarded the pass road, with walls and tower bases on the summit.
History
The Poyo fort watched the pass and the road between valleys. Listed as a cultural asset, today it is ruined in open country, with walls and towers level with the summit.
