Multifunctional in design, it houses the training and educational programming of the town hall and the cultural and social associations, with an assembly hall and several classrooms. It occupies the first floor of the Market Building, in the former offices of the PROP Office. It has an assembly hall with capacity for 100 people. It has a 'Domínguez de la Coba' meeting room (20 people) and four training classrooms. It hosts activities such as the Employment Workshop, the 'Open Classroom' program and the University for Seniors. It is located at Av. Arrabal, 9 (Patio Mercado), 46340 Requena.
