Iglesia parroquial del Salvador
A temple begun in 1773 on the site of a small chapel dependent on Ademuz, thanks to a donation from a local married couple. The bell tower was added in the mid-19th century, in 1857, after several neighbours asked the civil governor. It replaced the old chapel of San Salvador.
The parish church of El Salvador in Casas Bajas began to be built in 1773 on the site of a chapel dependent on Ademuz. The donation of Simón Antón and Thomasa Aguilar made it possible to raise the new temple. The bell tower was built in 1857. The building replaced an earlier construction and came to mark the centre of the settlement. The date of the tower shows that the complex continued to be completed during the 19th century, almost a hundred years after the works began. Over time the temple has remained the parish church of the municipality.
