Muntanyeta dels Sants
A hillock barely 27 metres high, topped by a 14th-century hermitage that rises like an island amid l'Albufera's sea of rice paddies. It's the Sueca locals' favourite sunset: 360 degrees of fields that shift colour with the seasons, and a stillness you won't find in El Palmar.
Two best windows: summer, when the rice is deep green, and winter, when the fields are flooded and everything turns to mirror. Arrive a little before sunset and walk the few metres up to the hermitage.
