Playa del Puig

The beach at El Puig is one of those quiet stretches of sand north of València where the plan is, quite simply, to let the hours drift by facing the Mediterranean. The atmosphere

Getting there and facilities

Its great advantage is accessibility: you can reach it by cercanías commuter train from València, which makes it a perfect seaside escape if you do not have a car. From the station it is a short walk down to the sand.

• Bring water, shade and sunscreen: the Valencian sun is strong from May to September.
