Xàbia — bajo el Cap Prim, entre Cala Blanca y la Barraca

A virgin cove of pebbles and rock tucked on the north face of Cap Prim, reachable only on foot — which is why it's almost always yours even when the Arenal is heaving. The water comes in turquoise and crystal-clear over a seabed teeming with life: one of the best snorkelling spots on the whole Marina Alta.

Park at the Creu del Portitxol viewpoint and take the SL-CV 98 trail towards Cap Prim (about 15-20 min). Bring water shoes and water: there's no shade and no services, so go early and pack everything out, rubbish included.
