The Museo Torre Redonda is an ethnographic museum located in the plaza de la Iglesia in Argelita. It stands next to the remains of the Palacio de Abú Zayd and the tower of Argelita. The round tower is of Islamic origin, was restored and keeps at its base an Arabic inscription from 1252. The museum therefore brings together, in the centre of the village, ethnographic material and architectural elements of historic value. The proximity between the exhibits and the remains of the palace makes it possible to read the Islamic past of the place within a single space.
