Teatre Serrano
Gandia's municipal theatre, raised in 1921 on the site of the old Teatro Circo and named after Valencian composer José Serrano, author of the anthem of the 1909 Regional Exhibition, today the official anthem of the Valencian Community. Its Modernist façade shows ceramics, glass and plaster mouldings typical of the movement. Restored by the town hall, it reopened in 2006 with a programme of theatre, music, dance and film.

A Modernist façade
