Facing the Miguelete bell tower in the old town, this artisan Italian gelato shop is run by Venetian-born Maurizio Melani, crowned Spain's best artisan ice cream maker and fifth in the world at the 2024 Gelato Festival World Ranking. Its "Galleta de la Abuela" flavour had already been named Spain's best back in 2015. Proper gelato, right in the cathedral's shadow.
