Buñol — Hoya de Buñol-Chiva, sierra al norte del pueblo

The Cueva Turche is Buñol's best-known waterfall and natural pool, where the water falls between rock walls in the hills north of the village, along the route of the Ruta del Agua, a circular path of around 7.2 km that starts at the Parque de San Luis.

Currently closed

The site remains closed to the public since the damage caused by the DANA storm of October 2024. Under municipal resolution 532, of 17 April 2025, the closure remains in force until April 2027 or until the rehabilitation works allow safe access for people and emergency vehicles; attempting to enter is subject to a fine. Before planning a visit, it's worth checking the closure status on the official channels of Buñol Town Council, as the deadline has kept being pushed back since 2024.
