Iglesia parroquial de la Santísima Trinidad
A temple made up of two church bodies and a bell tower, in the centre of Casas Altas. The original chapel had a rectangular plan, a bell-gable with two openings and a gabled roof of Arabic tiles (1615); a second body of similar characteristics was later added at its head (1837), and shortly afterwards the bell tower.
The parish church of the Santísima Trinidad is made up of two church bodies and a bell tower, in the centre of Casas Altas. The original chapel had a rectangular plan, a bell-gable with two openings and a gabled roof of Arabic tiles, and dates from 1615. A second church body was later added at its head, in 1837. The bell tower was built immediately afterwards, at the foot of the temple. The sequence of dates shows how the building grew in stages until it formed the present complex. The result is a building that preserves the mark of each of those stages.
