Església de Santa Bàrbara
The Església de Santa Bàrbara, heir to the old hermitage ceded to the Carmelites in 1600. Santa Bàrbara is the patron saint of weather and her feast is celebrated on 4 December. The main festival of Beniparrell is on 16 July, in honour of the Verge del Carme, with a procession and one of the few cordàs still celebrated in the comarca.

The local calendar thus joins two devotions and two moments of the year. The continuity of the cordà is one of the features that best identify the festival.
