Cabanyal Beach, also known as Las Arenas, is the natural continuation of La Malvarrosa to the south, right beside the historic seafaring neighbourhood of El Cabanyal. It is a wide urban beach with fine golden sand, plenty of local atmosphere and a historic bathhouse that gives it real character. It is perfect for combining a swim with a good meal by the sea.

The atmosphere

This is a beach much loved by locals, which gives it an authentic, neighbourhood feel. The seaside promenade is lively all year round, with families, strollers and people coming out to eat facing the sea. The closeness of the El Cabanyal district, with its tiled houses and fishing-village character, adds an extra appeal to the visit.
