On Malvarrosa beach, this 1950s beach shack reopened in 2026 after being fully torn down and rebuilt, now run by the sons of Pepe Miralles as the family's third generation joins the business. The menu hasn't changed: family-recipe snails, rice dishes and rossejat noodles still rule the kitchen, a classic Valencian beach spot with a new building but the same old soul.
