Torre de la Comare (restes del Palau Comtal dels Centelles)
A cylindrical 16th-century tower, one of the four corner towers that defended the castle-palace of the Centelles, counts of Oliva from 1449. It is the main standing vestige of that Gothic palace, heavily remodelled in early-16th-century Renaissance style and now largely vanished. Restored in 1999, it is the only visitable part of the precinct; admission is free, by prior appointment by phone.

What this place was
