Oliva

Kilometres of fine sand backed by dunes and barely built up, one of the longest and quietest beaches in the province. Perfect for long walks.

Open in Google Maps

Playa de Oliva is one of those beaches that seem to stretch on forever: kilometres of fine sand backed by dunes and barely built up, which makes it one of the longest and most peaceful beaches in the whole province. It is the perfect place for long walks beside the sea, far from the bustle of the coast's more crowded destinations.

The atmosphere

What defines Oliva is its sense of space and calm. The seafront is hardly developed, and the dunes behind the sand create a natural landscape that is rare along this coast. Here, walking is the main attraction: strolling barefoot along the shoreline for a good while is one of the great pleasures of the place, as is enjoying unhurried sunsets.

Tips for your visit

Oliva pairs well with a visit to the historic centre of the town of Oliva or with a tour of other beaches in the province.
