In the old town of Alzira, on Calle Colón, this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant has spent almost four decades evolving from a modest family sandwich bar, opened in 1984, into La Ribera's benchmark for updated traditional Valencian cooking. Brothers Toni and Iván López run the dining room and kitchen respectively, cooking with local produce and rice from the surrounding area: the place to taste proper Valencian market cuisine.
