On the Malvarrosa seafront next to El Cabanyal, this family-run house has cooked paella over orange-wood fire since 1922, now run by the fourth generation. Arroz del senyoret, lobster or beach langoustine paella, made with market seafood and vegetables from the Huerta de Vera: a century-old landmark of Valencia's seafaring cuisine, with more than 20 rice dishes on the menu.
