In the heart of Ciutat Vella, just off Plaza del Ayuntamiento, this family chocolate shop has been hand-making truffles and bonbons to the same recipe since 1930. Its bean-to-bar Caūma Cacao line, made with Valencian tiger nut (chufa) instead of milk, took a silver medal at the International Chocolate Awards: the place to taste nearly a century of chocolate made in Valencia.
