La Rosa de Jericó

Pastelería y confitería tradicional €
In the Eixample, just steps from the Colón market, this century-old confectioner has been hand-making its signature trufas since 1890 — the same chocolates novelist Manuel Vicent immortalized in his novel 'Tranvía a la Malvarrosa,' back when the shop still stood on Calle de la Paz. More than 130 years on, with the same artisanal craft and no chemical additives, it remains a required stop for understanding traditional Valencian pastry-making.
